In 2017, GS1 Germany will again offer an in-service training programme in six modules to become a “Certified GS1 Data Quality Manager”. The training programme to become a “Certified GS1 Data Quality Manager” consists of different modules designed to provide the participants with the skills and the confidence to effectively design, implement and successfully operate a data quality management system in their company. In addition to providing a basic understanding of the importance of data quality, the training programme covers all essential aspects of data quality within relevant business processes such as inventory management, supply chain processes, master data management, POS processes and e-commerce.
It also focuses on requirements and scope of the most important IT systems. Participants are introduced to state-of-the-art data management methods and strategies and gain an overview of legal requirements and specific requirements in different industries. After successfully completing all six modules, which can also be booked separately, and passing the final test, participants will become certified Data Quality Managers.
Leading experts share their industry insights in inspiring presentations and answer any questions about the challenges of data management based on best practice.
