What you can expect:
- You are passionate about being responsible for second level support for our data management solutions
- You support our customers in a wide range of issues and record, maintain and process their requirements via ticketing system
- Together with our Technical Consultants as well as the software vendors you form a team for the technical support case
- As part of the Application Managers, you will ensure compliance with the agreed service level agreements
- You will be supported by an international team of developers and coordinate necessary measures within the team
- You will develop into an expert in an area of specialization of your choice
Your skillset:
- You have completed your studies in computer science or a comparable qualification with pleasure
- You already have professional experience in a service-oriented environment, such as customer service or customer support
- You love customer service, have a strong service orientation, and enjoy dealing with customers
- You like to deal with different technologies, new software components and their configurations
- You are characterised by analytical and solution-oriented skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
- You convince with your communication skills
- You speak German and English fluently
