parsionate received the TOP CONSULTANT award 2021 based on a detailed survey of medium-sized and large companies that have been advised by parsionate in the past 24 months.
What exactly does the TOP CONSULTANT analysis entail?
The survey focused on two main criteria: the level of professionalism of the consulting firms and their clients’ satisfaction with the consultancy services provided. The survey included questions about the companies’ technical, analytical, and social skills, their reliability, competence and credibility, and their ability to work successfully with medium-sized companies.

In addition to the results of the customer survey, other key figures were also evaluated for the TOP CONSULTANT award, such as:
- turnover development (Since 2013, the parsionate group has achieved an average annual turnover growth of 25 %),
- changes in staff numbers (Since 2013, from 5 to over 130 employees),
- professional background of the consultants (In addition to strategy consultants, the team also includes system architects and technical consultants).
On behalf of compamedia, the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) (Scientific Society for Management and Consulting) headed by Prof. Dr Dietmar Fink from Bonn, carried out the scientific survey and subjected parsionate to close scrutiny. According to the WGMB, the decisive factor for the rating were “highly customer-oriented and SME-oriented consulting services”.
