5 years of parsionate

Dear colleagues,

this year, our company celebrates its fifth anniversary. And yes, we have an excellent reason to stop for a minute, think about our time together and be proud of our achievements.

Due to the required digitisation efforts in individual sectors, there is a massive demand for experts in master data projects. Companies need to reorganise their data, processes and structures in order to survive in the digital age. Therefore, many of us are among the most sought-after IT experts in Europe. And precisely because we are operating in an amazing and fast-paced market with high demand, it is imperative that we reflect, from time to time, on what really motivates us. Why do we work at parsionate? What are our goals? What are we trying to accomplish with our work?

parsionate's starting point was not just a business plan. Back then, in the summer of 2013, we, the founders, committed ourselves to some fundamental, shared values. These included mutual respect, transparency, working in close collaboration and partnership, understanding work as a meaningful part of our lives, achieving an effective balance between work and private life but also striving for excellence, perfection and professionalism. Ensuring that our economic plans are in line with these values is still one of our foremost tasks, above all because we are convinced that this strong foundation is one of the main reasons why we all work in this company.

With our successful management buyout in May 2017, we have created a productive environment and set the stage for parsionate 2.0 and further significant growth. The past 12 months have been characterised by numerous internal and external strategic projects. For example, we consolidated and expanded our expertise in the areas of Master Data Management and Data Quality, we created parsionate Academy, we restructured our strategic consulting unit, we founded parsionate Benelux B.V., and we were able to spin off our successful DaaS solution “priceintelligence” as an independent, associated company.

Our customers’ top management considers their master data to be an essential asset for successful digitisation. And we are their partner for strategic projects in this domain. It’s in our hands now to continue the success story!
