Expert meeting on customer experience with customers and partners
For many companies, customer experience is directly linked to digital transformation. Therefore, successful companies put the customer at the center of their activities and focus on the customer in terms of organization and processes. An enhanced customer experience has been proven to deliver numerous benefits: improvements in customer retention, higher conversion rates, lower marketing costs and the likelihood of receiving positive customer reviews and recommendations.
So much for theory. But what are the challenges of digitization and customer experience behind the scenes? We met with a manufacturer, a retailer and software partners to investigate this question. Because for us, customer experience is a top issue. We accompany our customers on their way to more customer orientation. That's why this video project in summer 2020 was a matter of the heart for us.
