October 1, 2013 is now the official birthday of parsionate.

When we decided – some time ago – to set up a company together, for most of us it was more of a dream than a concrete plan. We founded parsionate because we noticed an increasing demand for high-quality consulting and implementation projects on the market. PIM projects in particular are highly dependent on organizational processes and strategic decisions within a company. That’s what we want to focus on. We are product data experts: from product design to Omnichannel, for B2B and B2C, in retail and industry. We do not see ourselves as technology developers. We are convinced that we have to use the same standards used by our customers. Our know-how of business processes is based on software solutions and technology add-ons. We believe in strong partnership and in business ecosystems, but we also wish our company to be strong and independent. Our strategy is long-term, but our tactics is agile. During our projects with enterprise customers we have realized that one of our foremost advantages was to be agile and to be able to quickly adapt to new situations. Our customers appreciate this. They believe that they can benefit from our agility and our independence.

Omnichannel

We know that PIM is an integration issue and we are well aware that our customers see PIM in connection with e-commerce and their back-ends. Our clients’ customers expect a comprehensive and professional product and service offer, regardless of how, when and where they interact with the company. Distribution processes are currently evolving from channel-oriented towards customer-oriented. Omnichannel shoppers spend up to 15%-30% more than multi-channel shoppers and exhibit strong brand loyalty. And their interaction is more intense – with retailers, brands and other potential customers. We see Omnichannel a part of our DNA: We want to help our clients identify and implement their Omnichannel strategies. Therefore, we have enhanced our team to include e-commerce, print and interface experts.
