Informatica World Tour 2018 - We are ready for take-off

parsionate’s first stop on the Informatica World Tour was the lovely city Paris. Despite language barriers (it was basically a French-speaking event) Sven and Oliver did well and had some interesting networking conversations. They met amongst others our customer Mr. Tom van de Walle, Director of Applications at Descour & Cabaud. Who also took part in a panel discussion and gave inspiring insights into the current MDM and PIM Projects at Descours & Cabaud.

The old Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) management systems based on Hybris will be replaced by a new necessary infrastructure based on Informatica MDM Product 360. First version ready for GoLive in November. Since 3.2 Million SKUs at the moment and the upcoming Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As), which will effect an increased SKU amount, requires a sophisticated MDM strategy. parsionate supports them on this way. He also spoke about the challenges in internationalization and the customer interaction in combination with product data information. We are curious to see how things continue together here.
