parsionate is Top Innovator 2018
parsionate GmbH was founded in 2013 and has grown, in just five years, from a start-up to a business with currently around 100 employees. The IT Consulting company based in Stuttgart offers a range of consulting and implementation services focused on analysing their customers’ master data, developing appropriate omnichannel concepts and implementing them based on state-of-the-art standard software. Thereby, the TOP 100 company, with its headquarters in Stuttgart and offices in Hamburg and Amsterdam, supports European retailers and brands in implementing their transformation strategies.
The company’s exceptionally innovative working environment is undoubtedly one of its key success factors. Since dealing with complex issues requires a heterogeneous team, the staff not only comprises some of the leading consultants for e-commerce, omnichannel and Master Data Management; it also includes system architects and technical consultants. “Only with a lot of experience and know-how can we gain the trust of our customers,” says Managing Director Michael Fieg. We work with European market leaders on exciting projects. Innovation is part of our DNA.”
In order to find excellent employees even at short notice, the top innovator has built up a “talent pool” from which new people can be recruited. Furthermore, there are the “Years of Excellence”. Managing Director Thomas Sperrfechter explains: Every employee has, on average, ten days in which (s)he can develop innovative ideas or solutions. Other measures, such as several co-working spaces for a quick, creative exchange of ideas and breakfast meetings that include presentations, contribute to an innovative working environment. We are delighted that we regularly receive prestigious awards for our unique concepts.
