Award as one of the "Best Companies for Women”
Sometimes things change faster than expected. The lockdown forced our customers and us into working from home within a few days. And even hardcore face-to-face fans had to admit that this works much better than expected at parsionate.
The company will permanently retain mobile working as a fixed component alongside the equally important shared presence working hours, clearing the way for new opportunities. Balancing job and family, for example. A key factor for many women when choosing an employer. Another example is flexible working time models that improve the work culture and promote a healthy work-life balance - for everyone.
In an industry where skilled personnel are highly competitive, companies need to offer something. And at a time when the economy is rebounding and companies are hiring more, job applicants need a scale of comparison. To identify the best employers for women, BRIGITTE teamed up with the HR marketing professionals at TERRITORY Embrace to launch a survey.
In the BRIGITTE employer study, parsionate was awarded 4 out of 5 possible stars.

The survey asked about four areas that are considered important in terms of equality: Reconciliation measures, work flexibility, career development measures, and importance of transparency and equality.

We are very grateful for this award. It shows that we are on the right track. We are convinced that by building a more flexible and empathetic workplace, companies are creating more opportunities for women to be successful together in the long term.
