Parsionate and porta Win Best Retail Cases Award
Artificial Intelligence in the mid-size space: Parsionate and its customer porta were awarded the Best Retail Cases Award 2023, and for good reason. The two companies worked together to develop an AI-based similarity algorithm that increased porta's email marketing performance by up to 50%.
porta is one of Germany’s largest family-run furnishing companies. In order to provide personalized product recommendations to users of the online store who have initially decided against a purchase, porta has developed an AI-based similarity algorithm together with Parsionate. In automated email campaigns, prospects are now suggested comparable and thus relevant products in a similar or lower price range. The goal: to increase click and conversion rates and turn shopping cart abandoners into customers.
The successful collaboration between Parsionate and porta has not only led to impressive results in email marketing, but also attracted the attention of the jury of the Best Retail Cases Award. At the award ceremony held as part of "POS Connect" on September 19, 2023 in Cologne, the case was awarded the highly coveted 2nd place in the "Retail Marketing & Service" category.
