  • You resolve conflicts in resource requests and ensure compliance with planning premises
  • You conduct regular meetings to align resource needs with team leaders and Key Account Managers
  • You assist in analyzing capacity constraints and skill gaps
    You drive internal process development in Project Staffing
  • You collaborate closely with "Delivery Partner Management" to deploy external resources
  • You lead your own projects or support project leaders to ensure project success
  • You plan, control, and monitor projects
