Project and Resource Manager (all genders)
Your skillset:
- You have completed your studies (e.g., in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Psychology) or equivalent education
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, human resources, or preferably in resource management/project staffing
- You are an empathetic, communication-strong personality with a team player mentality
- You have a pragmatic mindset and a sense of responsibilityYou demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Ideally, you have experience with skill management, resource planning, and reporting tools, such as PSA Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI
- You have very good German and English language skills
What you can expect:
- You coordinate project staffing with consultants based on their skills and availability
- You resolve conflicts in resource requests and ensure compliance with planning premises
- You conduct regular meetings to align resource needs with team leaders and Key Account Managers
- You assist in analyzing capacity constraints and skill gaps
You drive internal process development in Project Staffing - You collaborate closely with "Delivery Partner Management" to deploy external resources
- You lead your own projects or support project leaders to ensure project success
- You plan, control, and monitor projects
